Dice bingo swaps the caller and the ball cage for a pair of dice any player can roll, so a whole group can play without one person sitting out to read numbers. The catch is that dice do not produce the numbers a cage does, and a card printed for 1 through 75 is worthless the moment you pick up two six-sided dice.
Two dice cannot roll a 40. They cannot roll a 1. And they roll a 7 six times as often as a 2. Everything below is about building a card that matches what the dice actually do.
What Changes When Dice Replace the Cage
The number range shrinks. Two six-sided dice summed give you eleven possible results: 2 through 12. Not 75, not 90. Eleven.
The odds stop being flat. Every ball in a cage is equally likely. Dice sums are not. There is one way to roll a 2 and six ways to roll a 7, so a square holding 7 gets marked six times as often as a square holding 2.
Draws happen with replacement. A drawn ball leaves the cage. A rolled 7 goes right back in, so a dice game runs longer than a ball game with the same number of squares and repeats are normal play, not a mistake.

The shape is a triangle with its peak at 7. Read the last column again: in a typical 36 rolls you see a 7 six times and a 12 once. Over a short game that gap decides who wins.
One more number before you print anything. The chance a specific sum has not appeared after 30 rolls is (35/36) multiplied by itself 30 times, about 43 percent for the sums with only one combination. A lone 12 on a card is close to a coin flip to still be blank half an hour in.
Card Layout 1: The Weighted Sum Card
The fix is to let sums repeat on the card in proportion to how likely they are. One call marks every matching square, which players enjoy far more than you would expect.
The elegant version is a 6x6 card, because a 6x6 grid has exactly 36 squares and the two-dice distribution has exactly 36 outcomes. Round the same proportions down for the smaller sizes:

The 6x6 column is perfectly weighted: every square on it is equally likely to be marked on any given roll, which is the property a bingo card is supposed to have. On the 3x3 card, drop the four rarest sums entirely. Nine squares is too few to carry a number that shows up once in 36 rolls.
Card Layout 2: Three Dice for a 3 to 18 Range
Add a third die and the range becomes 3 through 18, which is sixteen possible totals. Sixteen is exactly the number of squares on a 4x4 card, so every total appears once and no square repeats. That is the cleanest layout here for a classroom set.
The distribution is still uneven, more sharply so at the edges: out of 216 equally likely rolls of three dice, a total of 3 happens once and a total of 10 or 11 happens 27 times. Treat 3, 4, 17 and 18 as bonus squares rather than expecting them to fill. Players are also adding three numbers under mild time pressure, which is real mental math practice hiding inside a party game.
Card Layout 3: The Ordered Pair, and Why It Is the Fair One
This layout removes the weighting problem instead of working around it. Use two dice of different colors and agree that the dark die reads as the tens digit and the light die as the units, so a dark 4 with a light 2 is 42 and a dark 1 with a light 6 is 16.
That gives 36 results: 11 through 16, 21 through 26, and so on up to 61 through 66. Because you are reading an ordered pair rather than a sum, every one of those 36 outcomes is equally likely at 1/36. No weighting, no repeats needed, no rare squares. A 6x6 card holds all 36; a 5x5 holds 24 of them plus a free space, drawn differently for each player. Use this one for a game with a prize, because nobody can claim another card was easier. Say the reading rule aloud twice before the first roll: "dark first, light second, this is thirty-two, not twenty-three."
Card Layout 4: One Die for the Column, One for the Number
This keeps the familiar B-I-N-G-O look. Print cards whose five columns each hold numbers 1 through 6, so a call sounds like "B four" or "O two." Roll the column die first, where 1 is B, 2 is I, 3 is N, 4 is G, 5 is O and a 6 is a reroll, then roll the second die for the number.
That produces 30 distinct calls, each equally likely, and a 5x5 card takes 24 of them plus the free space. It is the easiest version to verify because every mark has a letter attached. If rerolling on a 6 annoys your group, make the 6 a wild that lets the roller pick any column, and announce that before the game rather than after somebody rolls one.
Card Layout 5: One Die and a Number Strip
The last layout gets a wider number range out of a single die. Print a strip of numbers in a row, say 1 through 30, and put a token at the start. Each turn one player rolls a single die and moves the token that many spaces along the strip; whatever it lands on is the call, and it wraps around when it runs off the end. This is the only layout where calls barely repeat, because the token walks forward rather than sampling at random, and it is the one to use when you want ordinary-looking numbers like 17 or 28 on the card.

No Caller Needed: How the Table Runs Itself
People want a dice version because they do not want to lose a player to the caller's chair. Here is how a table of five plays with nobody in charge.
